Customer Service

We are looking for a friendly person to assist customers with their payment transactions for their purchases. Our perfect candidate is professional, outgoing, personable, dependable, detail-oriented, positive, team player who always takes pride in a job well done. This position entails checking and generating sales orders via several payment methods such as cash, credit card etc

• Accept customer payments and cash transactions
• Assist customers in completing credit applications
• Schedule customers orders for delivery
• Data entry

• Some experience in handling cash and credit sales preferred
• 1-2 years prior front desk customer service experience
• Data entry skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication and telephone customer service skills
• Excellent math skills
• Office skills in: PC, Microsoft Office, typing & keyboard, 10-key calculator, copier, fax, and answering multi-line telephones

• Able to use merchant services credit card systems and procedures
• A clear speaking voice
• Ability to work in a retail environment
• Strong attention to detail

Delivery Driver

Drive, organize and direct, control and manages all activities relating to the Home Delivery and in store service providing outstanding customer service and excellent quality of delivery.

• Experience driving and routing streets of local area
• Highly energetic.
• Excellent problem solving skills and multi-task individual.

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver.
• Good driving record.
